Paper Trimmer

Get a straight edge every time with this easy-to-use paper trimmer that includes both scoring and cutting blades. The trimmer lets you score and cut in both directions, so it's great for both right- and left-handed crafters. The quick-cut feature allows fast, easy alignment for projects that require consecutive cuts of multiple pieces of paper (of more than 5in) to the same length.

Attaching and removing the blade:
[CAUTION: blade is very sharp.]

TO INSERT: Hold the blade unit at the end with the clear plastic safety cap, with fingers parallel to the blade. Keep cap on. Vertically insert gray plastic end into the blade shuttle and make sure it snaps in securely. Do not pull the cap off. Remove the cap by sliding it off to the side. DO NOT DISCARD THE CAP; YOU WILL NEED IT LATER.

TO REMOVE BLADE: Slide safety cap back onto the blade from the side. (You will see a slit for this in the cap.) When the blade is securely covered, pull the entire blade unit out of the shuttle. Dispose of blade properly.

Replacement blades, sold separately, can be stored in the compartment on the underside of the trimmer.
