This is a fun, creative project that results in a beautiful craft you'll want to display. Experiment with a varied palette of glitter colors, papers, and punch shapes until you find the combination you like the most.

Step One
Cut 1 1/2-inch squares of different colors and patterns of paper, then punch out a variety of shapes with our assortment of craft punches and combine in several ways using adhesive foam dots. You may attach a positive shape atop a square (top row example, left to right), or mount a negative shape over a contrasting paper (bottom row).

Step Two
Add glitter to create different looks with one punch. You may glitter a positive shape over a square (top row example), glitter the background beneath a negative shape (middle row), or glitter a negative shape over a square (bottom row). You may also choose to leave some squares plain.
Arrange 30 finished units in a grid on colored paper. Attach with double-sided tape, leaving space between squares for paper’s color to show through. Mount in a collector box to display.
